What is a Compliance Issue?
A Compliance Issue is a suspected violation of a law, regulation, policy, or contract requirement governing Homebase Medical. Examples of Compliance Issues include:
- Sales allegations
- Alleged Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA)
- Homebase Medical employee misconduct such as violating the company’s Code of Conduct
- Potential patient care quality or related issues
- Regulatory audit finding
- Inappropriate use or disclosure of patient protected information
- Privacy or security breaches
How to Report a Compliance Issue
To report a compliance issue, you may make a report in one of the following ways:
